Both! The first half is storytelling-based stand-up comedy (about real-life, wellness, mental health, etc.). The second half includes movement, breathwork, and a relaxing sound bath to leave you feeling calm and grounded.
It’s uplifting, relatable, and never mean. We don’t punch down, we lift up. You’ll laugh, reflect, and maybe even cry (in a good way).
